I think it's 'cause you need more posts. Don't remember the actual figure you need to edit...but I think it's 'cause your post count is low...

I'm sure the sister has got more than 50. It says 62 posts on her profile.

when the sister posted the message (2 days ago)..

her posts were 47.. she's a full member.. hope she's not havin that problem anymore..
