Why do we Fast Mondays and Thursdays?

I don't know if that was directed at me but nevertheless maybe i should reply?

I don't post to show off my deeds. Allah swt knows best. Quite the opposite actually. I occasionally share my good deeds with fellow Muslims as a reminder but also to motivate others to do good.

We have to share good deeds with fellow muslims to encourage each other...

May Allah swt accept our good deeds Ameen.

Your intention is good though but it's better to hide one's deeds. You can't deny hadith or statements of salaf regarding hiding one's deeds from others make sense.
