Restaurants add oil on the food which is a disaster. Every spoon of oil equals 120 calories. 3500 calories is a pound. In an average meal lets say 1 spoons of oil times 3 meals so 300 calories extra from fat which when it exceeds it will go straight to your belly for men and hips for women.

Kabab is a disaster because they mix with it REAL fat. You are eating pure flush with the Kabab.

They add oil to barbecue steaks and many other things.
