Will those who have been forced to change radically their thinking without their will

Today, my Muslim father told me that I can draw anything I want even animated images and my Christian mother is agreed too. But here’s the main problem: my father claims that he read, studied and memorized Quran hundreds of times and he completely understood it and he also explained every passage it’s meaning.

And now, my mother drove my crazy that it made my brain to be changed radically and the way of thinking, that I’m allowed to make animated images with only condition not to worship it, nor to make something that insults God, named stuff or even with intention to challenge God. If I don’t do non of this, but just with intention for fun, then everything fine.

And now, I decided to do the things which my Christian mother likes so that there will be no more fighting and arguing regarding making animated images.

Will I be Punished? Or excused by God?

We are living in a time where trying to hold on the rope of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Talaa) is like trying to hold on a flaming rock. Man at war at keeping his beard. We are battling and fighting for the rights of practicing polygamy, we are dealing with sensitive topic and discussion on women's right, the roles in marriage, we are fighting about the distribution of wealth and how it should be 50/50 not what Allah says in Qura'an, etc. The more we submit to the well and logically (what some might find correct or it makes sense) thinking of human beings whether it be from a man or a woman then the more we become secular (without us knowing) and at increase of us becoming Mushrekeen and the more the kuffar would have won the battle against Islam and the more dominated they will be and take over by using psychological warfare and not by using shields or swords. But I believe in my inner heart that they will not be able to turn off Allah's light (and I do not mean it as physical light that you can see like that of a lamp, candle or torch, etc) and Islam will win at the end.....

But for me now, all I crave is to die a Muslim. What other generations will do...that is in their own hands...if they want to disbelieve in Allah and his prophets I am not here to stop them. If they object in Islam about anything from beard, to wealth distribution, to gender roles, to drawing pictures, etc that is their on doings and at the end of it all they (will die no matter how long they lived here and they) will pay the consequences of their deeds at day of judgement and the grave.

The prohibition of making animated images and displaying them at homes is quite clear in many sound ahadith (it is not from the Quran, but from the Sunnah of the Rasulullah s.a.w. ). Of course none of us know how will Allah judge you personally, how could we, only He sees your heart and your deeds.
Repsect and love your parents. Though i don't know why is it a big issue or source of dispute, do they force you to make pictures of creations with souls against your will? isn't there any other topic in your family, or any other way to make your mother happy? Be kind with her, help her in her, bring home good grades from school etc

She keeps bugging me that making animated images is not haram unless you make it be, and she tells me that her Muslim husband read and memorized x1000 each passage of Quran and now he fully understood each message. And she also tells me: “do you think that your parents teach you to go against God?”. And I said: “No”. And she asks me: “Listen to your close one who has more knowledge and experience, and leave others who you don’t know them and they don’t know you”. And she also tells me: “If anybody hears from you that animated images is haram or even in your class, then believe me others will mock you for saying this stupidity, and that is because you’re doing like ISIS making things without understanding”. And also she tells me: “Of God we’re To See that it is bad to make animated images, then believe me that He would not Give talent on drawing, but as long as He has given you the talent on drawing, use it, develop it, don’t misuse it, because if God will See that you’re not using it, then He will take away your talent on drawing and you’ll regret that”.

What do you say about this? Is she right? Or wrong? What should I do? Should I listen to her in this matter too?

i understand it is a delicate issue, because she is your mother, but you take her (a Christian's) opinion in a question of islamic religious topic, when she doesn't even believe in it? The source of the issue of images is not from the Quran, but from the sunnah of the Prophet s.a.w.
What does your local imam, or mufti say?

It is great you have a talent for drawing and use it in a halal way, but just because we have an ability given by Allah, it doesn't mean everything we can physically do with it is also automaticaly halal. We also have our responsibilities on how we use them, the more gifts we have from the Almighty, the bigger the responsibility...

Allah gave us our hands, but we can do both good and bad things with it, don't we? if you have a great voice, you can also use it in a halal way, doing the adhan or reciting the Quran etc, or to sing about very unislamic things too...

My personal opinion try to avoid arguing with your mother (so if you can, try to avoid this issue with her, or kindly try to tell her that you agree to disagree with her view) and always be kind and respecful, but also try to express your artistic talent in a non-questionable way, you can draw objects, landscapes, plants, non-figurative art etc, or use it in calligraphy/khatt... drawing humans is not the only way how you can use it.

Yeah well, what’s the use of it if I’m not allowed to draw? I really enjoy drawing, it’s one of my favorite activities. “...agree to disagree with her view”- what’s does that mean? I know, but for example, if I want to draw an advanced futuristic city, and I want to draw also a hologram with a representative from a tv news? Is this ok in Islamic point of view? I mean, just to draw the half of human body( I mean, just shoulders, head, nose, mouth, ears and eyes all clear, but not a full body).

Allah Pak has instructed parent's to please and behave well with them at all times. but we can also do their disobedience if they have to do the Shirk.

All what is happening against us and Islam isn't new, this ummah has been facing trials and tribulations since the prophetic era, however, magnitude of anti Islamic wave may be different in different ages.

Islam is not a gender. Islam is not male or female. Allah does not have a gender. The angels do not have gender. Just in case someone missed the point or is confused on these matters.

Islam is always under attack because it is the truth. People hate the truth and love to live in darkness. People who seek power, oppression, dominance, control, supremacy, arrogance, hottiness, etc cannot do that under Islam. People wanting to live like animals cannot do that in Islam.

This is not fair, people should learn to accept the truth, there’s no other way but to accept the truth whether they like it or not. I’ve accept the truth willingly at age of 15. Because, simply I cannot deny what is true. I must be so dumb to deny the truth, but in my case, I have accepted the truth(islam).

I think I got it. Ok then, I think I’ll let things come naturally. Meaning, I’ll let God To Make others to convert to Islam, and I’ll mind my own business. Because, converting someone is difficult for me.
