Youtube in need of the lions of islam

Have any of you been on youtube? since going on there about a year ago i noticed so many anti-islamic videos and channels yet youtube seems to not care or notice these hate filled channels!? and leaves them to flourish...many brothers and sisters are on youtube and indeed are working very hard to do dawah and stop the lies that are spreading but truly brothers and sisters i beleive we should all do more to help the ummah on youtube for it needs us...at the moment youtube is the number one media site on the net...yet the news shows anti islamic videos are flourshing there...

Im no expert but media is the best way to convey a message then we truly are losing the media war upon islam...

We need to wrok harder to give ourselves abetter and true image...wether on youtube or on any media outlet i think we need to be aware of the media war on hand..

Your best bet would be to join up with any or all of the following dudes (you may have heard of some if not all of them already):

ozzycda - specialises in interfaith dialogue as well as pwning islam haters.
VoyageIslam - Awesome voice and raises a lot of good points.
BonsaiSky - more down to earth approach than the other guys. Good chap too.
Islamandfriends - his bluntness can sting but he knows what he is talking about
SamiZaatari - What can I say that you don't already know about him? Other than he seems to pwn pat condell every chance he gets. Also gets a lot of crap from critics (his videos always have around 50 comments in the first 10 minutes ) so he must be doing something right!

These guys are probably the best 'lions of Islam' on youtube. There are others, but these in particular stand out. If you cannot defend Islam through dialogue, then at least support those who do via subscribing to them.

For a minute I thought youtube needed me since all I saw on the five recent posts said for me "YouTube in need of li----" I thought it concluded little Yanal,but in a way you might need me to defend it since I have more free time..The question do you need me to defend with only making comments...?

It does not make sense when freedom of speech means you can put up videos demonising muslims but muslims cant put up videos of sialmic teachings or there own suffering?

dont think so...

There are unfortunately many muslim haters (i.e. muslims who hate christians).
But I don't think there is any muslim who even thinks of abusing either prophet jesus(pbuh) or mary(r.a.). We love and honour them more than any non-muslim.
On the other hand all the hate towards Islam is channeled into the attacking the character of the prophet muhammad (pbuh) khairu al khalq.
