"How sweet Eman is when it's beautified with Knowledge.
And how sweet Knowledge is when it's beautified with Implementation.
And how sweet Implementation is when it's beautified with Kindness.
The greatest pair of things is Implementation coupled with Kindness."

Current research lists the quote as a proverb of unknown origin. I have no idea if Muhammad al-shareef received proverb from open source.
Proverbs are short and pithy sayings that express some traditionally held beliefs or ideas.
We will continue to search for source.
