Yahyâ ibn Mu‘âdh (rahimahullâh) said: “Renew your hearts with the remembrance of Allâh because it rushes into forgetfulness.”
Fard deeds are more virtuous if they are done on the open like fard Salah in congregation -jamat , zakat, haj etc
Some deeds like sadaqa given hidden to the needy who are shy to ask without them being exposed carry double rewards & so are nafl prayers & the stressed sunnah of a Muhmin thajjudh and isthigfar repentance etc.
