"...We are a people that don't bow to anyone except for Allaah, 'Azza wa Jall..."
This is an inspiring and eemaan boosting video of a sister - Umm Ghufraan - from Qaamishlee, Hasakah, Syria. Her three brothers had been killed by the tyrant Asad regime (may Allaah erase the tyrants mention on earth) . She was also imprisoned and witnessed torture.
"...The mind can not comprehend what goes on in the regime prisons.
The treatment, torture and solitary confinement.
The deprivation of food, beatings, insults and rape.
No-one except Allaah knows the situation of those detained in Assad's prisons....." "...We are a people that don't bow to anyone except for Allaah, ' Azza wa Jall.
So, either life is pleasent, or we die a death which enrages the enemy...."
[Umm Ghufraan]
May Allaah, 'azza wal Jall, protect her and keep her steadfast.
It is heart breaking to watch, read and internalise the evil. I really can't comprehend the evil. I don't know how these oppressors sleep at night. There is no conscious even the animals have more sympathy and compassion!
Pain and hardships allow you to grow spiritually Alhamdulilah so smile when a so called calamity befalls upon you.
Alhamdulilah Allah swt is the greatest.

“And that Allaah may test (or purify) the believers (from sins) and destroy the disbelievers”
[Aal ‘Imraan 3:141]
al-Qaasimi (4/239) said:
i.e., to cleanse them and purify them of sin and of pride and arrogance. He also cleanses them of the hypocrites, and make them stand out distinct from them… then He mentions another reason, which is “to destroy the disbelievers”, for if they prevail they will transgress and overstep the mark, which will be the cause of their downfall and destruction. The laws of Allaah dictate that when He wants to destroy His enemies and erase them, he makes available to them the means which will lead to their doom and eradication, among the greatest of which, after their kufr, is their transgression and tyranny in persecuting, opposing and fighting His close friends… Allaah destroyed those who waged war against the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) on the day of Uhud and persisted in kufr.1End quote.
The 'Awliyah of Shaytaan are capable of doing that which a civilized mind can not comprehend. Their transgressions & tyranny will only lead to their destruction. The video highlights cases from Syria.
Bringing it closer to some of the members here. Then you have some next level, systematic, psychological torture inflicted on our prisoners by the UK prison regime. There is very little that comes out from UK prisons. Instead, what does come out are flowery statements of diversity & equality or the "professionalism" of the (sadistic) guards.
We have the case of a brother - may Allaah hasten his release - who was cruelly prevented from speaking to his ailing father via the phone. His father later passed away - may Allaah have mercy on him. What was the justification? Because the prison couldn't supply a Punjabi interpreter. Rather, this brother would stand up for the basic rights of fellow Muslims. So, the prison regime were "punishing" for his courageous stances!
Or the case of another brother - may Allaah hasten his release - who was attacked by other prisoners (hostile disbelievers) by having hot ghee thrown on his head. The attack has left him with permanent disfugaration. In addition, he was left without medical help - except for a kind nurse (not Muslim) who (on the quiet) helped.
There have been cases of violation of the Qur'aan by prison guards. Does anyone hear about this? Except maybe a few?
What of our sisters in UK prisons? The women's prisons have both male & female guards. What will our sisters be going through?
The cases are many...
May Allaah send against the tyrants those that will make their days turn to darkness. May Allaah hasten the release of all our prisoners.
