It was about leader who rules country. These leaders became aganist their people to do what allah ordered. I dont remember hadith exactly. It was about this subject.
Muhammed sav's hadith.
People of country were rebellious and ruler did not care and do what allah ordered.
I read it somewhere iam not sure where.
