    if a sister is married with a child and the husband does not give either of them their rights, as he has been absent for a few years, should she be patient because she thinks she still loves him?

    he is a non EU citizen and wants to join the wife and child in the UK.

    there are no means of him obtaining a visa in the foreseeable future as the wife is of limitted financial means.
