Perhaps consider getting married if you are single?
May Allah swt help you Ameen.
Pain and hardships allow you to grow spiritually Alhamdulilah so smile when a so called calamity befalls upon you.
Alhamdulilah Allah swt is the greatest.
It will change your life if you digest the message In sha Allah

Move into my house. The noisy people will have you so stressed out and worked up all the time you won't even get a moment to do the thing you are addicted to.
Or when you get the urge to do what you are addicted to, imagine your parents walking in and hopefully that should do the trick.
I dont think Masturbation itself is haram. I haven't seen this in Quran. But you can turn it to haram easily for example by adding pornography into it.

Imam Shafi’i stated that masturbation is forbidden based on the following verses from the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): "And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts). Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, - for them, they are free from blame. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors." 23.5-7 Here the verses are clear in forbidding all illegal sexual acts (including masturbation) except for the wives or that their right hand possess. And whoever seeks beyond that is the transgressor.

Salam brother. In this ayah it says "whoever seeks beyond that" beyond the lawful sexual relation. 'beyond' has the meaning of 'more'. Zina and all kinds of abnormal sexual relations for example homosexuality or with animals etc. are 'beyond' normal sexual relation.
I believe this ayah indeed allows masturbation with "Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess". Here (the captives and slaves) is added by the translators but it doesnt include it in the original ayah. It could have said the concubines but it doesnt say that. If you ask me, "their right hands possess" includes masturbation as we know people do it with their 'right hands'.

The problem here is brother that we have the Prophet, his ashaab and the scholars to interpret verses for us. That may be your opinion but scholars unanimously agree that it is haram. I can link you some of the fatawa.
Only a few hambali scholars allowed it, given that one fears zina, but that's a minority opinion.

Salam brother. Yes I have already said that this is my opinion. I agree you that we must follow the sunnah of Rasulullah a.s. since Quran itself teaches us to do so but when it comes to 'scholars' I am skeptical. Quran itself says that it's message is for "whomsoever it reaches" not for some scholars so that they can interpret it for other people.
"Say: What thing is the weightiest in testimony? Say: Allah is witness between you and me; and this Quran has been revealed to me that with it I may warn you and whomsoever it reaches. Do you really bear witness that there are other gods with Allah? Say: I do not bear witness. Say: He is only one God, and surely I am clear of that which you set up" (6:19)

Have you heard the hadith 'scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets'? It is really important to see what they say as they have spent a lot of time studying Islam.

Salam brother. Yes I have heard. But this is another topic. We can discuss it under another thread.
Salam brother. If this is your case just do it like that.
Yeah, prayer is stopping me from masturbating. Although I dislike it, cuz of ghusl. I don't want to waste water and time doing ghusl.
I don't dislike ghusl, just that I find it unnecessary, and thus I don't want to masturbate. Unnecessary to masterbate, what do you gain by masturbating? Perhaps a bit of pleasure. not worth it imo.
