Im trying to be a good Muslim but I have a few concerns. I have difficulty concentrating while praying. My mind wanders and I finish my prayer feeling very guilty. Can someone offer advice? Also, I'm quick to anger and sometimes say things that I don't mean to people I care about. I want to fix this problem. Any advice, particularly from the Quran? It is normal thinking while praying. Try to concentrate more and more on your salat and it will be vanished Insha Allah.
Say Lahola wala quawata illa billah, when you are angry. Drink water and leave that place and/or change your posture. InshaAllah, it will help you.
