Anyone has the meaning in Bangla or English of following duas ?

أَعُوذُ بِاللّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ

وَأُحَاذِرُ



نَعُوذُ بِاللّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا نَجِدُ وَنُحَاذِرُ





بِسْمِ
اللهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ
شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ

I can try to translate in English. I hope someone else could put the Bangla translation.

A'udhu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa 'uhadhiru.
