i think in general if you learn arabic, you will understand the quran and hadeeth. not necessarily if you understabd the words in the links you posted.
however, i wouldn't leave reccomed one to understand the quran and hadith by oneself, you probably need a teacher, or atleast read the interprations of the hadeeths and the quran. if you mean just to understand the definitions of words, without interpretation, (i say this because there is a diffreence between knowing the definiton of something and knowing what it means in its proper context)than i dont see why not. does that make sense.

I was thinking of going for Madinah university books. I am in the middle of the 1st one. But I thought it would be better to learn words from these dictionary. I just want to know what I am reading thats all. I read Tafseer of Ibn Kathir R.A. I just want to be able to understand when I pray and read Quran the words.
well, if you just want to inderstand what your reading, than yes, i do suggest you read/look up the definitions from any reliable soruce. whether from the links you posted or otherwise. you could even look up any arabic dictionary, im sure most words will be there.
