CyzJq 1 - Amazing business ethics from Nouman Ali Khan

Another way of encouraging good in others is to hide their faults. This was advice I was given from Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan. He assumes the best of these people. He genuinely thinks that the Muslims he deals with are the best and expects the best from them. And he gets those results!

For example, every year a small number of people tell him they can’t afford the tuition fee for the course he runs, the Bayyinah Dream Pro-gram. He tells them they can still join in the class and pay the fees when they can afford it. Amazingly, 99% of these students will end up paying back the fee they couldn’t afford at the start of the course. This is because Ustadh Nouman believes people are intrinsically good. He expects only good, and receives that good. It’s the process of getting what you expect.

He avoids suspicion. Even in his business, which is his main revenue generating activity.

He says: “Give me what you can afford.” - Nouman Ali Khan, CEO Bayyinah

... and people end up paying in full.

This can work for your enterprise as well. As you secure clients, trust them and value them; see them as more than just numbers. Value them like Ustadh Nouman. Then the doorways of success will be wide open for you.

Obviously, he is also savvy in his business dealings. The Muslim Entrepreneur does not allow himself to fall twice for the same mistake. If something is not working out, or someone is bringing negativity into his organization, he is also quick to put an end to that negative relationship.
