Anyone who loves someone should love them for the sake of Allah SWT. Such a love would immediately become so beautiful and pure Love devoid of God just becomes a worldly attachment, surely?
We have to realise our relationship with Allah is on a slave-master level. Our Lord loves us soo much, tho. Alhamdulillah.
Don't start to make weird things up. We are slaves of Allah.
Slaves do not love their master. They only follow their master because they would be beaten up or to follow the master. I do not see الله as my master in that way otherwise my love for him would not be real and neither would be my respect. Also there is no compulsion in religion. So how can my love for الله be like the slave for his master?
Also not saying الله is my spouse but that I love him. Lol

Obv, the way you see slave-maste level is not the way I see it. I love my Lord Allah.
I am not comparing the slave-master of this to our relation with Allah.
But I think the title is mislading, i.e. the word "Romance".
I don't think we should use the word romance for Allah, but use the word Love for Allah.
The word Romance is more suitable for spouses only!

You might think anything about romance, but the society thinks of it as something to do with a partner (bf-gf or spouse generally)
