One inflicted with pride
will go on a deadly ride
Stealthily like a thief on a dark night
pride steals into the heart like blight

Until such a time his ego soars
and when he talks he haughtily roars
He's blinded to his own faults
like one intoxicated by fermented malt

Humility and humbleness are to him foreign
as is his Lord Sovereign
Until his ego cracks like an egg
how will he forgiveness beg?
