I know that it is allowed for you to lead prayer for your family, my husband does it all the time. I don't know if Iqama needs to be performed though, that's a good question.
It's quite simple. You are in the front, your family is behind you. So it is you, any boys you may have then your wife and daughters. You recite outsloud for Maghrib, Isha and Fajr.
Maybe it would help if you are a bit more specific in your question.
In your home, you are the imaam and It works the same way it does when you go to the masjid and pray behind an imaam. Your family follows the same way they do when they go to the masjid and pray behind and imaam.
Has your family been to congregational prayers at the masjid before?
