I am looking for Muslim autobiographies or diaries. I have searched a lot but with little success.
I am mainly interested in memoirs of soldiers in battlefields, recounts of people during early muslim era and the Mongol invasion of thirteenth century and the narrations of people from far of places where Islam spread quite lately like China, South East Asia, North America etc...
I am currently reading the Adventurs of Ibn Batuta by Ross E Dunn. I just finished Naima B Robert's From my sister's lips which was absolutely fascinating.
