Salam wa laikum, I have been considering to delay marriage until I am financially stable. As an alternative is it more desirable to marry, no matter what situation your in? Pls duas Jzk.

To get married in a situation that you can not support your wife is not allowed in Islam. You don't have to be rich to marry, just in a stable financial situation.
Many people do not have a job, but their patents or family supports them until they find their feet. This is ok in Islam.

With respect to the Sheikh, who's advice was on point, I might add.
I've seen this really destroy a brother's motivation or sense of urgency to get off his butt and do something. Time and time again.
While it's okay in Islam, is it really advisable?
i acknowledge this depends on the brother. I also acknowledge I'd consider doing this for my son - perhaps even son-in-law dependent on the situation (and their character, knowing the someday the gravy train will have to reach its final stop - for their own good.)
Brother, there are many brothers who are studying and working on a part time basis but making things work. It's noble, and comendable - definitely don't despair and don't give up. Take this option as your first insha'Allah.

Educated men usually start working in their 20's age but they start to have good income in their 30's age.
So, should you wait until 30's age to get married?. No. You can marry when you already have permanent job although your income is still low. What you need is a wife who can understand that success cannot be reached in an instant, and always support you in reaching your success.
