Muslims in Laos, officially the Lao People's Democratic Republic, a landlocked country in Southeast Asia, are enjoying the serene atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan with contributions from a local Turkish school.
The school, which has 25 teachers, has brought a fresh and joyful spirit to the holy month in the country. Ramadan is observed in a festive manner in Laos by the country's approximately 500 Muslims.
