in the top5 Stats Bar, there is a little arrow on the right, linking to the last post

No, no, There is a lot of good admins here and they're doing a good job, no place for a looser like me . Besides I don't have enough experience in Forum administration, and not enough time too.

yes, and there is a "t" missing, this is how it should be I think :
