I think in order to upload to youtube you will need to convert to FLV format.
To convert video files to FLV format you will need a conversion application, usually referred to as a converter or encoder. Converters are fairly straightforward to use — you simply import a file, choose a preset (and customize the settings if required), then export as FLV. Good converters have additional features such as batch processing options.
There are many converter/encoders available — some free, some cheap, some expensive. If you do a search for "FLV converter" or "FLV encoder" you'll find plenty of options. Three of the most commonly-used converters are listed below.
Macromedia Flash : The official Flash authoring program comes bundled with a utility called Flash 8 Video Encoder. Flash itself is very powerful (and correspondingly expensive) but the encoder doesn't actually produce the best quality FLV files. If you already own Flash, this is a good way to begin making FLV files but if you want the best possible quality you should try other options.
Flix : Flix is a collection of encoders by On2 Technologies, the company which makes the VP6 codec used in Flash 8. There are various options including low-budget versions.
If possible, use a converter with 2-pass encoding. This creates better quality video.
Example: The screenshot below shows the main screen of Flix Pro. The tabs provide more advanced options, but if you prefer to keep it simple you can convert videos with just a few clicks. See also:

Hmmm..I Once Uploaded To Youtube And There Was No Need For Me To Convert File Formats...I Just Directly Uploaded A WMV Without Converting It...
Anywayz...You Say The File's 30mb Or Whateva...Whats The Length Of The Video?...And Just To Make Sure..U Saved It As A WMV File Right?
And Another Thing...Approxiamtely How Long Did You Wait For It To Upload? Uploading Does Take Quite Alot Of Time..So Maybe That Could Be Tha Problem??
And yh...Super Converter Is One HEAVY Converter...!!!
I believe youtube converted your wmv to flv while you were uploading and also believe their conversion would be of inferior quality.
Uploads will usually take 1-5 minutes per MB on a high-speed connection, and converting your video takes a few minutes; you can add more info or upload more videos while it's processing. Unless you have been pre-approved for longer videos, your video is limited to 10 minutes and 100MB

Hmmm..Youtube Did Convert The Video And Of Course The Quality'z Gonna Be Low Quality Since It's Streaming Media...But ALL I Stated Was That You Can Upload Without Converting The Video Beforehand Bekoz Of The Thing You Said Quoted Below...

Have you checked that the file types of the films you wish to insert match those of the movie you already have?
I was trying to use windows video thing, and the thing is that the video was on google, it was long, i just wanted like 30 seconds of it to go into my movie.
The path is long but I hope we meet,
After the grave and the Day, in paradise in bliss upon a reclined seat.
A traveler traveling - travelled from shirk to tawheed,
If I'm remembered for anything - let it be the Mercy I seek.

I think you need an FLV player to take videos from Google Video or Youtube etc. You'll also need a Firefox browser. It's just a couple of free downloads and is worth it in the long run. You'll also need to convert the FLV into a different format so you can edit it into your movie. For that, Super seems pretty good.
