about new rule

I went through the announcements section topic New Rule. In that, it was said -

We have added a new rule which forbids members from providing false information in their profile.

But still I notice that many members have given silly weird locations in their profiles. They are not abiding by the new rule.

Either they give the correct location, or they should not mention anything.
