MSN globally down?

I've got a little problem, is it just me, or is everything to do with MSN/Hotmail down/sluggish?

It has been weeks since I've been able to connect more then a few minutes at a time and most times I can not connect at all. I thought it was my Wireless connection for a while. But, from what I hear it seems to be a world wide problem

Mine has no problems (if and when it does I start complaing and they soon fix it)

Anyhow, this is the program I use

Email works fine for me, but Messenger doesn't. I suppose that's a good thing.

sometimes it stops working if there is a Required Messenger Upgrade

I've got the same version as you, NoName55.

Maybe its more of a 'if you got it to work, you're lucky' kind of thing. Perhaps depending on your IP, exact location etc.

So basically some member's msn is working, and others aren't. Any solution? No? Thats what I thought.
