I din't even realise you know, until one of the brothers said 'Nice avatar and siggy' to bro Dhulfiqar and i was like' he dun have an avatar.. *hmmm*

And thennnn my sister said why don't you have an avatar and i was like

i'm guessing its something to do with your PC..maybe your seetings or sumfink

The option to see avatars may be disabled sis.

Go to your user panel, edit options and check if a box to see avatars is ticked or not.
