In looking around I found your post that stated that you have started a recycle bin and that . . .
"Members must refrain from posting unnecessary topics that provide no benefit."
What I'm curious about is . . .
I posted a poem in the poetry section to inspire others to focus on Islam instead of following all the gloss and glitter of daily life. It was supposed to make people think.
and it was sent to the recycle bin.
However, I see that some of the most frequently posted topics are word games etc., on this forum.
Is that were your priorities lie? I'd just like to know if there remains any benefit of being a member if naseeha is turned away and games and frivolity are supported.
Oops - I guess my post will be sent to the recycle bin!
Dear sister, when you wish to post something, there is no need to post it two or three times because forums like this have too many threads to view already and as moderators we try to keep the place organised.
I am not only referring to this very topic you have started but also that of your poem - you posted it at least twice so I thought it was a double post, hence I deleted one and the remaining one can be found here.

I hope that clarifies the situation Insha'Allaah.
Jazak Allah Khair for clarifying - I am new to posts, so please forgive my ignorance! I only saw that it said it was moved and wondered what happened.
Regarding my question, if I do accidently post something and later decide to delete it - is that possible?
Jazak Allah Khair in advance and sorry for any inconvenience.
In answer to the sister's question - no you can't delete something unless a moderator decides to do it. But I think that would be a good thing, since I felt the same when I joined. So Insha'Allaah we will ask brother Kadafi and see what he says.
