tv itself is not haram, how you use it is what makes it haram but that is the same with many things, there is nothing wrong with owning one and saying that angels dont enter the house if you have one is wrong

Bro i think uve misread my post i didnt say the house.. i said the ROOM in which there is TV .. well The way people use tV nowadays .. the MAJORITY they r just wasting time with soaps , musics n Movies . not many wud b intersted in Watchin News, Educational programs 24/7 ..
in todays day and Age .. we shud b careful with our childrn As well. they r so addicted to CARTOON SubhanAllah .. but its so VIOLENT .. we see mostly Fighting n Guns n hitting on the heads n etc ..not forgetting the use of Language n kidz pik this things up easily .. a 6 year old knows stuff which I at that age didnt know of .. Who says angels wont enter the room if there is a tv there? If you hang up pictures in the room then yeah I agree with you, angles dont enter the room, but a tv is different from a picture, the picture on the tv is like a live moving picture and is not put in the room to glorify a particular individual or group of people like a photo
