I carry in my soul words of peace,
filling my being.
Thank you for bringing peace, hope and joy
to my life.

"Every heart sings a song, incomplete, until another heart whispers back.
Those who wish to sing always find a song.
At the touch of a lover, everyone becomes a poet."
Say 'O 'Ibadi [My Slaves] who have transgressed against themselves [by committing evil sins] Despair not of the mercy of Allah, verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly he Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Do not think of minor sins as insignificant,
for mountains are made out of pebbles...
Imam Amir-ul-Mu'mineen Ali (as) said: "Having the Greatness of the Creator in your mind would make you realise the insignificance of the creatures in your view."
Do not think of minor sins as insignificant,
for mountains are made out of pebbles...
True knowledge is not mentioned in relation to how much you memorise and then narrate, but rather, true knowledge is an expression of piety. - Ibn Mas'ud (radhiyallahu 'anhu)
It is pointless to watch other people's houses crumbling when our own house is in need of repair and attention.
If someone gave you a beautiful, expensive new hat, wouldn't you be grateful for the generous gift? But shouldn't you be even more grateful for THE One Who gave you the head to put that hat on?
It is pointless to watch other people's houses crumbling when our own house is in need of repair and attention.
“This dunya (world) is like a shadow, run after it and you will never be able to catch it, turn your back against it and it has no choice but to follow you”
[Ibn Al-Qayyim]
If you begin to live life relating to the God who is all around you, every moment becomes a prayer.
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to a new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same.
"Three things will firmly place love in your brother’s chest (for you): that you be the first to give (him) salâms, that you make a space for him in a seated gathering, and that you call on him with the best of names.
"Allâh is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshiped but He, in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne."[Tawbah: 129]
