Yes it is but what many people don't know how those buildings were built. They were built by foreign workers who are taken advantage of and are abused on a regular basis. This is one place I would never visit. It's proof that Muslims treat each other like dogs.
Honestly the tourists who gloss over the mistreatment of these workers are worse than the abusers.
