As Salaam Alaikum If someone says the Shahada and does not say the Shahada the correct way in Arabic and English does it count as converting to Islam if you don't learn to say correct way like when Muslims pray or read Quran in Arabic need to redo if mistakes thank you for you're time ?

They should say it in English with conviction in the heart until they learn to say it in Arabic because you will have to say it along with rest of the words in Arabic when you learn to pray.

No, for coming to Islam it is not necessary to say it in arabic. But the words are the same what one says at one point in daily prayer. So in the long run, you learn it eventually

I think yes. Because one decides to come to Islam on his own, that is the thing which counts. Even the exact wording of the shahada is not necessary for becoming Muslim, rather the declaration of two things, one that there is no God except one, and Muhammad S.A.W. is his final messenger. Whether person says it in arabic or english, he becomes Muslim. But offcourse arabic is more common and preferred as Quran itself is revealed in pure arabic.

If one has the learning ability and they say the arabic or english words of Shahada by mistake/errors on purpose does it count

or retake since by intentions ?

I say the Shahadah in Arabic. But doesn't any language count aslong as you have the intention?
