Haunted by an entity since the last 4 years

To start with the background, in 2020, I bought a beautiful wooden bed from an old lady who was selling her house and was giving away her furniture. Since the day I brought that bed in my apartment, strange things started happening to me. I would wake in the middle of the night by someone pulling off my comforter or tickling my feet. Some nights I would lay down to sleep and suddenly a shadow would appear from my closet and stand near my bed.

One night I woke up in the middle of the night and felt a presence sitting on my bed. I turned around at saw a ghost/entity (green in color and with big red eyes) staring at me and playing with my hair. I got frightened and tried to shout but couldn't because of the entity holding me tight. These experiences continued every night to an extent that I was scared to go into my bedroom at night. I would only step inside my bedroom during daytime to grab clothes. When I came out of my bedroom, I would see scratch marks on my arms, thighs, and back. These marks appeared out of nowhere as I didn't get injured. Whenever I went inside my room, the door would start shaking and someone started banging on the wall.

I started sleeping with my sister in her bedroom which was adjacent to mine.
Over time, things got so unbearable that we decided to move because we thought that the apartment was haunted. We moved to a new place.

After a few days, the same things started happening. This time I'd sniff a strong smell and felt a presence walking around me. I'd wake in the middle of the night by someone tapping on my shoulder. There would be a feeling that someone was staring at me from the corner of the room. I'd hear someone saying my name over and over again. Many times things in my bedroom would change position. My bed would be messy and pillow on the floor but when I'd come back, pillow would be on the bed and my stuffed toy placed in an upright position on the bed.

One day, I found my black panties in the living room. I know I didn't bring it outside my closet so it was strange to see it in the living room. Then my favorite black pants disappeared from my closet.

One day, I started to analyze what changed in my life in the past year which might have started all this. Suddenly it dawned on me that these experiences started when I brought the wooden bed in my bedroom. So I decided to donate the bed to Salvation Army. A few days after donating the bed and the mattress, the same things started happening and this time I saw a green entity appear from my bathroom, disappear into thin air, then appeared right next to me. I shrieked in fear and never went inside my room alone.

After a year, I had to move to a different city for work. I rented a new apartment in a newly constructed apartment building. My apartment number is 408. My first night in the apartment were scary to such an extent that I slept in the apartment community room. I finally tried to gather courage, told myself not to be scared and started sleeping in my apartment. Some nights I'd awaken by someone yelling and banging at the wooden cabinet. Then someone would put their heavy presence on my body.

After a few weeks, someone started waking me up at 4:08 am every night by walking on the floor. My apartment number is 408 so this is very weird co-incidence.

I'm sharing it here with you all to ask advice and suggestions about how to get rid of whoever is following me. Has something like this happened to you or anyone you know and how did you deal with it. I'm very stressed as this affecting my daily life and work because of unable to sleep at night since the entity wakes me up and bangs on the walls and walks loudly on the floor all night.
