Roughly translated, her story is this:

"I'm a little girl from Gaza, which has been blockaded for 8 months. Before the siege, my mother and grandma traveled to egypt so my grandma could have an operation. My mom promised she would only be gone for a few days, and told me to look after my siblings, since I'm the oldest among them. So my siblings and I remained with my dad, my mother and grandma left, and the siege began. And instead of counting the days until our mother would return, we started counting weeks and months, but we were all patient, knowing that sooner or later it would be over.
But time passed and I went through things I'll never forget. I was afraid of the dark, but my father told me that the electricity would be going out a lot, and that I would have to be brave so my younger siblings would not get scared. When the electricity would go out, I would be terrified, but I would act brave in front of my siblings and tell them that candles were beautiful.
We were patient about the power shortages. When my siblings would cry out of hunger, and I would be as hungry as they were, but I would sing to them and tell them to be patient, and tell them that daddy will come home in a bit, and he'd bring food with him. Somedays he'd bring some bread home, and we would be the happiest people in the world. Other days he would come home with nothing, and he'd appease my siblings by telling them stories until they fell asleep.
Everytime we heard the sound of a plane we would hide, in the closet, because we wouldn't know whether it would bomb our house, or our neighbors house, or even our street. We didnt know how many people would die this time.
And I was patient while I was saying goodbye to my siblings when they went to school, not knowing if I would ever see them again. And I would have to stay home because I couldn't leave my baby sister alone.
We were patient while watching our neighbor die because there was no medicine for her to take because of the siege.
We were patient as we stood with the protesters at the border with egypt, rafah; and when the border was breached, I entered egypt with all the other people that did, and I ran into my mothers arms.
This is my story, the story of a population that was kept from freedom even on its land. This is our freedom, freedom in a prison.
But we are still standing, with your prayers and your support, and I ask you to join your voice with ours and say NO to the siege, NO to occupation, and YES to freedom."

I don't, but I recognize an talented orator when I see one. The kid has a future, that is if Israel doesn't Israel bomb her house.

or if she does not grow up in hate and end up as a suicide bomber. Israel has triggered a bad future for themselves, these kids will grow up to hate those who killed their brothers/sisters/parents/friends.

It's going to be a endless cycle, war should never be a option for peace.

At least four Israeli soldiers were killed and two senior commanders wounded in fierce battles with die-hard Palestinian resistance fighters overnight in Monday, January 5.
"An Israeli officer was killed during clashes in northern Gaza last night," an army spokesman told Agence France-Presse (AFP) on Tuesday, January 6.

"The details of the event are still being investigated; however it is suspected that a tank shell was mistakenly fired at the force."

Haaretz said the officer from the paratroopers brigade was killed near Beit Hanun in northern Gaza.

The Israeli army earlier confirmed that three soldiers of its elite Golani infantry Brigades died Monday night, but blamed it on friendly fire.

"The tank shell hit a structure where the soldiers were located. Twenty additional soldiers were lightly to moderately wound in the same incident."

Ezzeddin Al-Qassam, the military wing of Hamas, has claimed the killing of several Israeli soldiers in major battles with the invading troops late Monday.

It said its fighters ambushed Israeli soldiers and fired missiles at seven tanks, killing ten soldiers and wounding others.

"We have prepared thousands of brave fighters who are waiting for you in each corner of the street and will welcome you with fire and iron," Abu Obeida, Ezzedine Al-Qassam spokesman, said in a televised broadcast.

"We tell you in all confidence that your defeat in the Gaza Strip is approaching with every hour," he said. "As long as the aggression intensifies, your losses will increase and you will sink further into the Gaza quagmire."

The new fatalities bring to five the number of soldiers Israel confirmed to have lost since pouring ground troops into the Gaza Strip on Saturday.

Allahu Akbar! I hope all the evil murdering military terrorists die for what they have done to Palestinians. It's gone beyond peace talks. They must be wiped out. Period. May Allah grant victory to the Mujahideen. Ameen

Alhamdulilah in my school, we'll be holding a "non school uniform day", where the students will donate just 1 pound each. InshAllah we should get around 1,500 pounds for donation, which will then be given to Human Appeal International, who will give assistance to the people of Gazzah.

Strike on Gaza school 'kills 40'

At least 40 people have been killed in an Israeli air strike on a United Nations-run school in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian medical sources have said.

A number of children were among those who died when the al-Fakhura school in the Jabaliya refugee camp took a direct hit, doctors at nearby hospitals said.
People inside had been taking refuge from the Israeli ground offensive...

...Witnesses said at least one Israeli missile had struck the al-Fakhura school on Tuesday afternoon, causing a large explosion and spraying shrapnel on people both inside and outside the building.

Hundreds of people had sought refuge inside the UN-run school in effort to escape the fighting between Israeli soldiers and militants on the outskirts of the refugee camp, east of Gaza City.
Television footage showed bodies scattered on the ground amid pools of blood.

Casualties were taken to two hospitals. Doctors at the Kamal Adwan hospital in Beit Lahiya said 30 people had died there. A further 10 people died at the al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City, doctors said.
The number of casualties is expected to rise.

The Israeli military has not yet commented on the incident, but it has in the past accused militants of using schools, mosques and residential areas for cover.

This is the second Israeli air strike on a UN-run school in a day. Earlier, at least three Palestinians were killed when a school was hit in the Shati camp, UN officials said.

Comment: As The Israeli Terrorists have killed over 550 civilians, bombed so many mosques, schools, civilian buildings, government buildings, refugee camps, even given warnings about a strike in hospitals, where so many women and children have been brutally murdered.

By the Israeli terrorist who have legalised all this, This gives the Hamas the right to bomb they lands, bomb they civilians, target whoever they want, bomb down their schools and synagogues.

May Allah give strength and victory to the Mujahideen. Ameen

How Hitler Was Right In Saying "I left for you some of the jews to let you know why i was killing them!

That's not fair. To begin with Hitler's racist ideology was built upon illegitimate and fabricated caricatures and propaganda to direct the anger from injured German pride to a convent scapegoat. Unlike the Palestinians his grievances were fabricated and served only to fuel his own ambition and sickening personal agenda. These atrocities are not committed by Jews in mass but by the nation state of Israel and it is the nation state of Israel and its policy makers who are both morally and legally responsible for it. In the west some of the most vocal critics of Israeli policy are Jewish from the academic work of Norm Finkelstein, Noam Chomsky, and Rabbi Michael Lerner to satire, seen recently with John Stewart. This does not only apply to Jews outside of Israel but inside as well. Israel's many "New Historians" have provided some of the most academically rigorous and scathing criticism of Zionist propaganda anywhere. In fact is was Benny Morris (despite his recent rightward turn) in the 70's who secured IDF documentation and published it in his definitive academic journal article which devastated forever the Zionist lie that Palestinian left voluntarily by prompting of Arab leadership and proved that, at the very least, 74% of all migration came by direct Israeli coercion and prompting. I understand that these are emotional times and I'm sure your a great person but statements such as these does a great deal of harm to debates over Israel in the west when charlatans such as Alan Dershowitz engage in an everlasting crusade to label any critic of Israeli policy as an "anti Semite". So please just be very careful with your words even in these times. Have a nice day:smile:

I'm so mad I do not know what to do. 160 children are dead - so far. I'm very angry on my own government who not strongly enough talks about stopping this killing. I'm angry at UN, US, I'm angry at Israel government and I'm angry at everyone who think this is a "defence war". This is a massacre! People can’t go anywhere, they trapped. And no one does anything about it! People just sit and wait for the tanks to come closer...Wait, pray and hope.

I cry for Gaza, I cry for the world - there is no hope of a better world if no one can do anything to help the children (and people) in Gaza.

Everyone, who can and not doing anything, is to blame for what happening. They have blood on their hands.

How is the popular mood in Sweeden about all this?

How is the popular mood in Sweeden about all this?

I would say it is 65/35 - ca 65 % feels like I do and the rest is convinced about Hamas is the bad guy in all this and are the only one to blame. But the ones who justify the attacks are the right wing voters who generally are both better educated and more US-friendly – and louder. For the moment we have a right wing government but a much stronger left wing who generally is more sceptical to US-politics. There are endless debates all over Swedish media at this moment. But in the last couple of days the wind is beginning to change. People in Sweden generally believe in human rights and in the Geneva Convention and help organisations etc. Even the most Israel and US friendly groups having trouble to keep on justify the violence against children and women. Many people are upset and many angry debates continue constantly.

Peace

Israeli envoy to Caracas expelled

Mr Chavez has often been critical of Israel and its policies
Venezuela has ordered the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador to Caracas in protest at Israel's offensive in the Gaza Strip.

A number of diplomatic staff have been expelled along with Shlomo Cohen.
President Hugo Chavez has strongly condemned Israel for its actions and called on Israelis to stand up against their government.

Venezuela is the first country to take such a diplomatic step in protest at the violence in Gaza.

"The Israeli army is cowardly attacking worn-out, innocent people, while they claim that they are defending their people," Mr Chavez said during a visit to a children's hospital in Caracas.
"I call on the people of Israel to stand up against that government, to demand, to put a hand on their hearts and look at their children, and I call on the world to stop this madness."

Shortly after, the foreign ministry released a statement ordering the expulsion of Mr Cohen and some of his staff, in what they said was a show of solidarity with the Palestinians.
