lol none of those. Btw it is something which weakens ones nafs. Concentrate on the first n second line in the riddle. Now I wont say more..

No, breaking ties is a very serious matter.

Prophet :arabic5: said in a hadith that fasting is a sheild.

Limit what goes out: Meaning from the mouth such as backbiting, gossip etc.
Limit what goes in: Obvious :p

Restrict your evil Jinn
Fasting restricts the shaytaan from travelling through your blood.

Abû Hurayrah also narrated that Allâh's Messenger said, "On every Thursday in the eve of Friday, deeds of human are presented to Allâh. The deeds of any person who severs the ties of kinship will not be accepted." (Ahmad)
