I just like to remind everyone that at Iftar time we return to our blessed lives and we dine lavishly.

Our Muslims brothers and sisters around the world break their fast with water and if they are lucky they may have a date or two.

Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) said, "The food for two persons is sufficient for three, and the food of three persons is sufficient for four persons." He also said that, "the believer must fill his stomach with one third water, one third air and one third food (Sahih Bukhari)."

fish,onions,some herbs and lemon, baked in oven with chickpeas, rice and salad. Followed by cream cake and ice cream. Definatley my favourite iftar of all Ramadhaan

i broke my fast with junk food again :(, could not asked to cook today.

Quarter Pounder with cheeze french fries and coke.

While i was paying for my food in the restaurent the brother asked if i was fasting i said yes, so he gave me a free chicken birayni with my food.

yes indeedo it tastes good expecially on a hot day. never actually made but will one day soon inshaAllah

LOL- alhamdulillah i am healthy, look after myself quite well, and hour on the treadmill every day.

this ramadan i am away from my family due to work reasons, so i am missing mums healhy home cook meal. after a hard day at work just cant be asked to cook some days, so i just go to my local take away, the scent from the restaurent compells me walk in, like a moth to a flame.

ok just go easy on the fatty foods everyday:) i was thinking this brother must be really fat reading over the thread lol:giggling:;D i don't think i would be able to do that id just get sick +o( i have a big love for chicken salad burgers with loads of cheese :pbut id only be able to eat them 3times a month. my body just can't take anymore. pretty amazing how your body warns you to go easy
