The Top Gear chaps really need to review that... thing.
My little brother has a terrible habit of licking his lips. He always looks like his lips are tripple their actual size. He has now developed a coldsore and keeps picking at it regardless of my efforts to make the sore subside and disappear.
What can I do to a) make him stop licking his lips. b) Make him stop picking his coldsore. c) Make his current coldsore go away.
(???)
Thank you.
