It says that Sheikh Saalih Aal Taib delivered a talk at a girls college to the students, teachers and mothers on Wednesday afternoon. The college is in Makkah, Aziziyyah. The topic was "My honour is in my Hijaab". (I wish there's a recording available :><:)

Just to let y'all know, Ukhti Abdullah Saood was blessed with a baby boy. Remember them in your du'as.

Masha Allah! Mabrook to bro AS. May Allah make the li'l one pious and obedient and may all the children be a coolness to their parents eyes.

^Jazakallah Khair...... that was extremely beautiful    and high quality too :thumbs_up

Ok, I just found this old tape that I used to listen to back in the days; absolutely LEGENDARY! :p

It's Juz 'Amma by Sh. ash-Shuraym. The problem is I can't seem to find this particular recording anywhere on the net.

So yh, here's a sample: http://www.zshare.net/audio/75363824d2c2326c/ . Perhaps someone can find it inshaAllaah.
:sl:

There was also a recording I used to listen to on the radio a lot, I don't have Surah an-Naba, but have fragments of Juz 'Amma scattered on various tapes that I managed to record it on....

What was most legendary to me was the du'a at the end...

Does your tape have the same du'a at the end?

Indeed that dua is legendary, I love the way Sheikh Shuraim started the dua.. The dua was made in 1414(1994)..

Dua Khatm ul Quran by Sheikh As-Shuraim.. I think its from Riyadh. Could be Jeddah..Wallahu 3lam.

Jazaakallah khayr for that information,

I always wandered when it was from...so that means he wasn't yet imam of Masjidul Haraam at the time?

Jazaakallah khayr.

The dua you posted is from Masjid Al Haraam. Sheikh Shuraim became Imam in 1992.

The Khatm Quran Dua is not from Masjid Al Haram. Its most likely from late 80s or 90-91.

The du'a is not the same. It is pretty similar though.

:sl:

I think I know the one. If it's the one I'm thinking of, the first sentence is so similar that it's only a slight difference in tone that distinguishes it from the other.

Either way, unfortunately I have no idea about the Juz 'Amma accompanying it.

Shaykh juhanee read very well in fajr mashallah. He got a little confused in surah ibraheem though, he left out "inna kunna lakum taba'un". We're all human.

:sl:

Beautiful Fajr salat by Sheikh Juhany. Masha'Allah Sura Al-Haaqqa was amazing in first rakat(1st rakat was almost 10 mins along), he read sura Al Balad in 2nd rakat.

Yeah. I was wondering why no one corrected him :hmm:

:wa: Masha Allah, it was beautiful. He actually read the whole of Sura Haaqqah in one rak'ah? :ooh:

Athaan by Sheikh Ahmad Khouja > http://sub3.rofof.com/05cnzrf6/‏mqt3_swt.html

Salaah by Sheikh Abdullah al Juhany > http://sub3.rofof.com/05crysm6/‏mqt3_swt.html

These recordings are very special though ... It was recorded by Sheikh Ahmad Nuhaas (mu'athin of Masjidul Haraam) from al Mukabbariyyah :)

You won't regret downloading them :)

I got them from here > http://www.mazameer.com/vb/t104408.html

Btw, Sheikh Ahmad Nuhaas is the mu'athin that called out today's (Saturday) Fajr Athaan, Iqaamah and Tableegh.
