Bump. Enjoyed reading all three poems after 2 years...wonder if the writers are married by now.

The first brother was explosive...Masha'Allah....he knows what he wants and how he will treat what he wants

I think the brothers should do more

Aslaamu`Alaaykum

Those were really beautiful and may Allaah grant them wives like that who are pious Ameen

The first and second were beautiful and the last one was sweet Masha`Allaah

Wa`Alaaykum Salaam

The first poem is the most beautiful piece of writing I've come across, ever.

May Allah (swt) bless him with all that he desires. Ameen.

The first one was just graceful all the way....The rest are still good Mashallah

I really enjoyed reading the first one...Abu-Ali shares the same perception towards future wife as I do...:p

on my off occasions would she stay calm...
Would she heartbreakingly say get away and block her nose through the of use her palms
in other words when im smelling horrifyingly stale
would she be forgiving, sleep next to me and use her sweet melodious voice to sweetly warn me to wake up for salatul layl

rofl! ;d;d;d

Ahh I remembered these today after mad long. Good stuff. Whatever happened to the poets of LI??

Greetings and peace be with you all;

I only see one teensy weensy little problem with these dream futuristic wives, they will be looking for dream futuristic husbands, and do any exist?

:muslimah::Koran::beard:

In the spirit of searching for our nearly perfect partner.

Eric

When I read "futuristic wife", I imagined a robot wife. Then I read through the pages to see if anyone thought the same and it appears I am the only strange one. That said, I did enjoy the writings :)

Brother Eric H, InshaAllah(God Willing) I will strive to be the kind of man that would be able to take care of my wife not only in the worldly matters but also the matters that relate to the hereafter.
