Ziyaad: well my indian friend looks muslim, so i was on the phone and i did this twice, i say ok asalamualaikum
me: looool
Ziyaad: then when im like, crapaap
me: whatd he say

Ziyaad: then im like, oh no dude im talking to my mom what were you saying?

I've found out a way to expose a non halal takeaway posing as halal.

I walk in and see the halal sign

me: Assalamu Aleykum brother
takeaway guy: Assalamu Aleykum brother
me: right you failed the test I'm out of here!

its really that simple if their answer is not 'walaikum asalam' theyre not halal !

salesman claimed that he is a Muslim and he slaugthered the animal ? It does not matter if a non-Muslims sells the meat as long as it was slaughtered by Muslims or people of the holy books.

Some guys are not even muslim....they pretend to be muslim when you say ASSALAMU ALEYKUM they hesistate and repeat what you say

Maybe you shud say "wa alaykum salam" nex time , c the reply u get

and then I think we should tell em the correct way to greet their bro/sis in Islaam, by correcting em inshaAllaah
