In light of the recent tragedies in Pakistan, various Islamic forums have come together for an online fund raising event in aid of our brothers and sisters. Many stories and images have been related to us and through us regarding the floods, but what have YOU done? What have WE done as an ummah? Know dear brother/sister that every image you've seen, every story you've heard about their suffering will serve as an excuse against you on the day of judgment if no action is taken on your part.

The Prophet s.a.w said, "The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are like the body. If one of the organs is afflicted, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever."

Where is YOUR fever?

The time has come for us to act in response to this adversity.

The Prophet ( PBUH) said " Whomsoever makes himself available for his brothers need and establishes that need then this action is better for him than doing Itikaf for 10 years, and whosoever does Itikaf for 1 day seeking the pleasure of Allah (SWT), Allah (SWT) will make between him and the fire of hell 3 trenches further in distance than the sky and earth"

On the 9th of October, 3 main Islamic forums will unite to raise funds for our flood ravaged brothers and sisters in Pakistan.

Timings:

The event will run as follows:

1- Opening Recitation

2- Speaker 1 (brother faraz)

3- Speaker 2 (brother raakin)

4- Speaker 3 (Ummah welfare trust staff member)

5- Concluding dua



A Justgiving page has been opened to keep track of donations. All donations will go to Ummah Welfare Trust charity organization.

would u ppl blv i had seen all this flood with my eyes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am form Northren areas of Pakistan (earthquake affected) we but I am in Jamat/tableegh those days...........in the peaks days of flood we trawelled all this area.....DG Khan, Muzafargarh, Kot Addu, Mahmood Cot, etc etc.............i cant expalin the situation there......just think boys and girls are standing on roads and running behind every vehical, that maybe they will through some food to them............. nothing is left in this whole area only water and water and snakes....blv its some v.emotional scenes and i tears by seeing this... in Kot Addu we see some womens praying the Zuhr salat alogside road bcz rest everywhere is water and water......i cant blv that this much water has come from Sindh River...blv its seems earth is giving out water.....
honestly speaking, plz forgive me if u mind, i know all there dunia has been destroyed........ so if some1 help them it would be v.good..........but blv they are more qabal raham in sense of deen bcz they are also in vvvvv.big loss wrt to ahraa.............!!!!!!!!!! its said in hadith that one who miss salat is like one who has deprived from all things, home, family wealth.....so daily they are experiencing this loss by missings their salat and they have no fikar................... when its was my frist time in tblg (2004) we had a tashkeel in DG Khan. v.weak condition wrt to deen...so they and obviously all this umat need the someone who wake up them,,,,there will be no Prophet anymore...we have to do this....may ALLAH SWT give us tofiq to help them in every way...ameen

in this journey one thing is more cleared in my mind that Success is in the hand of ALLAH SWT.................. one who leave ALLAH SWT and HIS comandment can never be successfull........sometime ALLAH SWT let us see this fact with our eyes. and obviously if we didnot see in dunia, surely we will see in Ahhra....there man come to know where was success and prosperity in world and what was the loss.........2day shatan decieve us that loss is in business, degree, money etc etc and salat, zakat, make hijra for deen and other ammals ....dont worry, khayar ha...BUT ALLAH SWT shows profit and loss is in his hand.........u can never be successfull by leaving my deen and making more and more efforts for dunia...........
2day its need to strength this yaqeen, and make nusrat of deen bcz ALLAH SWT help those who efforts for the deen of ALLAH SWT....may ALLAH SWT keep us away from such disasters in thsi life and in ahhrat also.
