I clearly have more to fear from these people who made this billboard than from the average muslim ...This is like a shark swimming right up to me, gnashing its teeth, and "warning" me that there is a killer whale two oceans away.

I agree with you. These are the type of people who demonize and spread fear of others only later to justify comitting atrocities against them.
