I've got some questions, which are about married.

I know, that is a liability to married if you have money to supplying a family and if you couldn't "contol" your craving.

So we know, that many muslims performing zina. Watches bad films etc. It is actually become a standard. What are the regulations?

Let's say diffrent cases:

Case I:

A person peforms zina*, watch bad films and don't practice his religion. Should this person married? But whom? I think, the first step should be to advance his aqidah?! But if he doesn't married in that time, he will still performing that sin.

Case II:

A person peforms zina and watch bad films, too. But he is a very hard practicing muslim. What should that muslim do?

Case III:

A person performs zina, had don't money to supplying a family because he is a student or trainee but he try to be a good muslim, he works on his religion. What should that kind of muslim do?

I'm just intressted, because zina is a very big problem, I see always brothers who are because of that problem far away from Allah. And I ask me, what kind of woman should such a muslim married? A very religious sister or a practicing sister. But if he choose the second woman, he would doen't have a chance to advance in religion. But if he married a godly sister, it would be perhaps not so nice for her.

*I've read that, if you performing zina with yourself, that is a from of "normal" zina, too. But my text is generelly and zina should includes all that thnigs.

Maybe you have some thnigs to say about that topic.

Let’s not accept this foul behavior as a “standard.” Regulation is, it’s wrong! Surah Noor: 37, Verse 30: Say to the believing men that they cast down their looks and guard their private parts; that is purer for them; surely Allah is aware of what they do.[/FONT]

I mean he performs for example, let's say, masturbation but he's/she's try to pray his/her all supplications, he/she repent it after performing this sin . He/she tries do be a good muslim but shaitan comes always again. He/she try to get knowledge about Islam etc.

Yes I fully agree with you. Butis it the same if you masturbation or have cohabitation with a men/woman?

I think I should be a little more accurate. "Case II and III" performing not zina with a other person but masturbation. And Case II trying to be a good muslim.

To 24:26 - What including that? For example: Person in "Case II" is performing this sin, should he/she married a men/woman who is performing this sin, too? Would it be not diffucult to find a person with this characteristics.

Or are that aya (24:26) valid too if this persons change and became good muslims? Can he married in this case a other good muslim?

It's very awkward to post question like that for me, but I think it's important to know thinks like that. I know many people who performs this things and the majority of people doeing that and it's normal for they. I know, that is not normal and a big sin.

Well, to marry there are many reasons, some of what you mentioned and also to please Allaah SWT. But i wouldnt put it as controlling 'cravings', but a little respecful such as protecting one from danger and doing what is best.

So we know, that many muslims performing zina. Watches bad films etc. It is actually become a standard. What are the regulations? .

Well, not 'muslims' but people/humans who may be in a situation where they cannot control themselves, therefore they commit the wrong stuff.

Let's say diffrent cases:

Case I:

A person peforms zina*, watch bad films and don't practice his religion. Should this person married? But whom? I think, the first step should be to advance his aqidah?! But if he doesn't married in that time, he will still performing that sin.

Well, this person should be firstly be made aware of knowing that zina is something is that wrong, because we dont want the person being married and not realising that is wrong, it kills the whole purpose of marriage really. The person needs to be taught about his faith, the rights and the wrongs and even the punishments if falling into sin and repenting. And so if the person is ready to marry then they do so. But by your question if you mean, the person keeps committing the 'bad' and cant control themselves, then yes marriage is a way to go.

Case II:

A person peforms zina and watch bad films, too. But he is a very hard practicing muslim. What should that muslim do?

Well, as muslims we can all fall into sin even if were 'hard' practising as you put it, at the end of the day we are humans, the person should repent and realise his consequences. stop performing zina and stop watching bad films. The way out is remembering Allaah, fearing him, having hope in him and trusting him.

First of all there is no such thing as 'godly' sister. The brother should continue continue trying to do good and forbid the evil.
Indeed Zina is a big problem. The muslim can marry a practising muslim, but marrying the muslim doesnt mean it will stop him from commiting sin in life, to stop that we have to control our desires. But if the person wants to marry a practising sister, they have to sort themselves out and then continue to ask Allaah for repentance and never stop. We have to keep to ourselves our sin, we do not expose it to the world. So the brother shouldnt be telling the sister about his bad deeds, but the brother must continue repenting.

Perfoming zina with yourself is wrong, forbidden. dont believe everything you hear. It is permissable with your spouse.
