It is the large quantity, the frequency and the types of foods.. people can substitute doritos for carrot sticks or even granola bars but they prefer processed cheese with a hint of pig over dry tasteless chips.. anyhow I recommend indeed the apple cinnamon and coconut pancakes both are a personal favorites and couple them with real syrup not corn syrup with so-called maple flavor.. or use coconut syrup or apple cinnamon syrup etc etc..
