Harvard Hindu professor preaches hate

He is a good Babu to the west. But the policy now is to win the hearts and minds not cause division and civil war in India. The Anglo American Raj have India running smoothly now, instability will be no good for business.
 
Thats sad, no religion that I'm aware of promotes attacking other peoples religions. Someone in such a position as his should really know better.

In many ancient javanese hindu temples, there are many of these phallus and vaginal statues. In ancient javanese language - similar to sanskrit, they are called "linggam -yoni".
We think "oh, those ancient people were stupid and ridiculous", why would they worship such things?
But then, today, billions of people still worship those same things and others worship equally ridiculous stuff like statues of half naked man, etc.

Yes they continued on the same path as it didnt make a difference whether they were warned or not warned as they are

I have no idea who my forefathers were and there may have been a good chance they may have been non-muslims until the Arabs came and spread Islam

But ,this filthy pagan hate monger Swamy should first acknowledge that he descended from the first Muslim - Prophet Adam (PBUH) .

They just follow their ancestor. They just accept everything in their religion without trying to reason it. If any Hindu wants to convert to Islam she can't do so because if he will convert she will be out of her house. The people who can't tolerate other religions or are against them in everything don't follow their religion completely. No religion teaches us to make the life of people of other religions miserable.
 
The Indian legal system is British, the laws are from the British Raj and their new masters the USA, everything that is done is in English. Shouldn't India sort out it's system to be at least Indian let alone Hindu. It still seems like a colony to me.

Washington : Harvard University has cancelled Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy's summer courses over his controversial article in a Mumbai newspaper advocating destruction of hundreds of Indian mosques and disenfranchisement of non-Hindus in India.
After a heated debate, a meeting of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Tuesday voted to remove two Summer School courses - Economics S-110 and Economics S-1316 - taught by Swamy, according to The Harvard Crimson, the campus newspaper.
Swamy received significant criticism for his op-ed last summer in Daily News and Analysis calling for the destruction of mosques, the disenfranchisement of non-Hindus in India who do not acknowledge Hindu ancestry, and a ban on conversion from Hinduism, it said.
"Swamy's op-ed clearly crosses the line by demonising an entire religious community and calling for violence against their sacred places," Comparative Religion Professor Diana L. Eck was quoted as saying.
Harvard has a moral responsibility not to affiliate itself with anyone who expresses hatred towards a minority group, she said. "There is a distinction between unpopular and unwelcome political views."
Although Harvard chose to stand by Swamy in August in an effort to affirm its declared commitment to free speech, faculty members shot down his two courses, effectively removing him from Harvard's teaching roster, the campus paper said.
Many faculty determined Swamy's article was not a product of free speech-but of hate speech.
"[Swamy's position on disenfranchisement] is like saying Jewish Americans and African Americans should not be allowed to vote unless they acknowledge the supremacy of white Anglo Saxon Protestants," said History professor Sugata Bose.
Dean of the Summer School Donald H. Pfister explained that courses included in the Harvard catalogue are chosen by individual departments.
