* نود أن نتعرف على أبرز المواقف الطريفة والمحرجة والحزينة التي صادفتكم وعشتم فيها تجاربكم الشخصية؟.

** أشياء كثيرة وعديدة تحملها ذاكراتي منها الطريف ومنها المحزن ومنها المحرج ولعلي أروي لكم قصة طريفة وقعت لي وتكررت مرتين وذلك أثناء أداء الصلاة فالموقف الأول كان أثناء صلاة الظهر خلف الأمام أسامة خياط والموقف الثاني في صلاة المغرب خلف الشيخ سعود الشريم حيثُ قام الأمام من الركوع وقال (سمع الله لمن حمده)وهنا تلعثمت وترددت أثناء الترديد في الكلام(ربنا ولك.الله أكبـ..ربنا ولك الحمد)وتداركت الأمر سريعاً.

وللمصادفة في الموقفين أن يكون معي المؤذن الشيخ محمد رمل (رحمه الله)والذي انتابته نوبة ضحك شديدة جراء ذلك التلعثم فأصبحت أوكزه بمرفقي لكي يتوقف عن الضحك وبعد الانتهاء من الصلاة غرقنا في الضحك سوياً على هذين الموقفين الصعبين.

(Question): We would like to know about the most prominent humorous, uncomfortable and sad occasions that you encountered and lived through in your personal experience?

(Answer): Many numerous things that I hold in my memories, some of which are humorous, some of which are sad and some of which are uncomfortable. Maybe let me narrate to you a humorous story that occurred to me and was repeated twice and that was during the salaah, so the first occassion was during Thuhr Salaah behind Imam Usamah Khayyaath and the second occasion was during Maghrib Salaah behind Sheikh Sa'ood Shuraim when the Imam stood up from Ruku' and said (Sami'3allahu li man 7amidah) and here I faultered and hesitated during the repeating of the words (Rabbana wa laka..Allahu Akb..Rabbana wa lakal 7amd) and I rectified the matter quickly.

And coincidentally, on both occasions Muathin Sheikh Muhammad Khaleel Ramal (ra7imahullah) was with me who was overcome by severe bouts of laughter due to that faultering so I began to nudge him with my elbow so that he stops laughing and after the ending of the salaah, we drowned in laughter together on these two difficult situations.

All I remember is that I saw Shaykh 'Abdul Muhsin al Qaasim's name a lot. It was Khutaab and Taraaweeh by Shaykh I'm sure. They were many pages filled with threads about the 'Haramayn Shareefayn', which I was going to browse into later.

wa iyyakum... The Imaams of the Haramain thread was earlier in the General section, and most of these threads were also either in the General or the Islamic Multimedia sections. We moved these threads here when the new section was created. All other threads can be found in their previous locations.

Sudais: Expansion of the Mataaf to the capacity of 150 thousand begins in a few days

Sheikh, Dr. Abdur Rahmaan as Sudais, general leader for the affairs of Masjidul Haraam and Masjidun Nabawi, confirmed the beginning of the expansion project of the mataaf in the next few days confirming its fulfilment in stages, and he confirmed that there are future projects, the most important of which is the completion of the expansion project of the custodian of the two holy mosques that has made good progress and will continue in its future phases, and from amongst the major important projects that every Muslim is proud of is the completion of the expansion of the mas'a project and what will be completed of the expansion of the mataaf, and it is a pride of the prides of this brilliant rule and a feat of the feats of the custodian of the two holy mosques, who abandoned all other titles and sufficed himself with this great title.

And he (Sudais) indicated that the new expansion will raise the capacity of the mataaf from 50 thousand to 150 thousand people (doing tawaaf) at one time and in that context indicating to the beginning of the expansion of Masjidun Nabawi soon. And he cited that the projects of the expansion of the Honourable Makkah Haram which has made good progress and the expansion of the mas'a are an indication that they are two promises from the feats of the good leadership and a source of pride for the Muslims. And he revealed with regards to a new roster of organization of the work of the Imams and Muathins, indicating that the coming Ramadan will witness new Imams in the two Honourable Harams combining Islamic knowledge, wisdom, intelligence, good character, values, biography and a good, effective, beautiful voice which encourages the musallis. And he confirmed the absence of the observation of any crowding or pushing inside Masjidul Haraam or Masjidun Nabawi during the Hajj of this year, confirming that the occurring of any simple faults in the Hajj season does not mean that it distorts the exerted efforts for the success of the season at all levels.
