Salam
I love all surahs. But the one that stands out with me is Surat Albaqaraa.
I don't know why it seems to have a special relationship with me. Trust me I am not crazy, I really feel this. Sun7an Allah

I was reading surah Nur the other day..Subhanallah thats one beautiful surah.

Rivalry for Avarice

That mutual rivalry of humans for avarice
In its destiny punishment in hereafter carries,
God - the Merciful - to us kindly precautions
Not to carry the rivalry to the tomb stations;
And for those still not have returned from race
Angrily the Merciful has ordained His disgrace!

Those in the hereafter who are still unwise
Shall be stationed far away from paradise.
They shall find the hell their abode for ever,
And be questioned for their mundane favour.
Let this Surah be favourite the most to us
To lead us to the paradise the most precious!

The poem is in following the Surah 'At -Thakathur' wherein man has been warned by Allah that those who compete for riches upto the grave shall find their abode in the hell.

I'm sure alot of people agree about Ayat Al-qursi being one of the best, and so do I. I say it in my head before everything...before I sleep, before I do a test, during salaah. I also like Surah Al-ma'oun. I first had to learn its meaning in grade 3, and its been stuck in my head ever since.

This verse clearly delineates the paramount attributes of Allah-the Living, the Eternal- Whom neither slumbers nor sleeps overtakes and to Him belongs all that is in the Heavens and the Earth.

It should be one of the favourite ayahs of all Muslims to be recited day and night in remembrance of Allah .:hiding:

This surat is one of the best masha'allah beautiful...

He is Allah--there is no diety but Him. He is the Knower of the Unseen and the Visible. He is the All-Merciful, the Most merciful. He is Allah--there is no deity but Him. He is the King, the Most Pure, the Perfect Peace, the Trustworthy, the Safeguarder, the Almighty, the Compeller, the Supremely Great. Glory be to Allah above all they associate with Him. He is Allah--the Creator, the Maker, the Giver of Form. To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names. Everything in the heavens and Earth glorifies Him. He is the Almighty, the All-Wise. (Surat al-Hashr, 22-24)

I like surah yaseen for now becos the voice of the recitor is sooo nice i wish to recite like him. The melody is so beautiful . i like surah al ikhlaas, for some reason, and al nas and al falaq becos in the way they rhyme, so beautiful :D
i write down the recitor of of yaseen, you should listen to it well they put the name as shaikh x, if you cant get it, pls mail me or add me at msn messenger, ill send it to u:) its that beautiful!!!

I enjoy listening and reading surat-ul-Rahman.
specially the lines (THEN WHICH OF THE FAVOURS OF YOUR LORD WILL YOU DENY)?.
I feel very peaceful when I read this surat.

Asalamu alaykum wa rahmat 'Ullahi wa barakatoh...

There are sooo many soorahs i like. I enjoy listening to Shaykh Abdurahman As-Sudays reading the three last ayahs of Soorat Al-Hashr, and I also enjoy listening to ayah number 35 of Soorat Al-Ahzab, and also ayah number 42-48 of the same soorah.

I love to listen to Ayat-Al- Kursi, soorah Baqarah, and i also love soorah Al-Mo'minoon ayah 1-11

I like Sura 16 - An-Nahl (The Bee)

It is Allah Who creates you

And takes your souls at death;

And of you there are

Some who are sent back

To a feeble age, so that

They know nothing after

Having known (much):
