The debate will be held on Quran and Bible in the Light of Contradictions and Modern Science. So, Whichever Holybook has the most contradictions To Modern Science AND other Aspects of each HolyBook, That Person of that Religion Must convert to The other Debaters Religion.

So Basically , If the Bible has the most Contradictions, and the less established Scientific facts that arent even logical, then On your behalf you will lose Conver to Islam, if i lose vice versa i willbecome a Christian.

And the judge None other then Mel CZGibson Himself!

So the format would be You post, I post, I give rebuttal , you give rebuttal and Gibson will be the judge on Contradictary elementals and whichever Holybook is Logical to established Science.

I accept. But any questions about the trinity cannot be asked. Because, one we take this by faith. Our finite minds cannot explain such a thing, those who believe they can fully explain are lieing in the site of our Lord.

Your entire salvation depends on the belief in the trinity. God, Himself, says He's not the author of confusion. I'm sure you wouldn't trust your salvation on something that can't be explained.

It can be explained in faith...3 personalities in one office, holding different responsibilities. Now there is still one God, but in each of these 3 offices he takes care of different things..Now you don't understand!!!(Confusion is only there because you have choosen it, faith is the object of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,,,like the trinity..

I also ask that an atheist be the judge, I believe that to be just and fair.

Also that we do not ask and answer more than 10 questions, after that may we be silent and await the verdict.

Well, perhaps you could have asked me before nominating me as the judge in this latest debate, but since I agreed before I'll agree again.

So, it's not a question of who convinces me, since I think it's likely I'll have difficulties with either of your positions. I'll judge solely on the criteria of who makes the fewest clear errors.

If mahdisoldier is setting the terms of the debate, and sevenxtrust is reluctant to discuss science, then that puts him at an instant disadvantage, which seems unfair.

Why does science have to be included in the debate at all? After all, the Bible and the Qur'an have very little to do with science.

With all due respect, I think this is going TOOOO far. Someone doesn't become a Muslim because they lost a bet, or become Christian because they lacked knowledge, and vice versa.

To be a Muslim you believe that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, swt, and believe Muhammed is the messenger of Allah, swt. You MUST feel it in your heart and say it with your lips.

It's fine to discuss and debate, but Allah, swt guides whom He wills. There is no compulsion in religion, and that kind of consequence forces someone to follow something they don't believe in. Quite frankly, it sounds extremely arrogant, and arrogance is not becoming a Muslim either. It is a requirement of every Muslim to invite others to Islam, to show them the truth, and to do it with respect and kindness.
If seven, or any other nonmuslim, embraces Islam, it was only through the will and guidance of Allah, swt, and not because someone lost a challenge or debate.

May Allah, swt, forgive me if I have offended anyone, it is not my intent.

I feel all the points you have raised apply to people of all faiths and I have highlighted the points that stand out more for me.

If God intended his holy books for people who are good at debating, then there is a chance that heaven will be full of lawyers. I have to hope that us mere mortals who do not have debating skills will also be considered for a place in heaven.

In the spirit of seeking greater interfaith friendships

Like Hana I do not believe this is the way to treat our faith.

I don't have a problem with open dialogue and debate I just don't like the idea of setting a consequence at the end. Regardless of faith, not everyone is knowledgeable about there own Holy Books. The one thing I love about open dialogue and friendly debate is that it's an opportunity to learn, and therefore bringing one closer to the truth. Of course, my opinion is that seven will be brought closer to the truth, Inshallah. :)
