Alright

It is Surah al Kahf (The cave) and it's the first 10 ayat's that you have to read (when you see him) on the masih al dajjal and then you will be protected from him in shaa Allah.

first ten? I thought it was the last? are you positive???

Seems like even scholars disagreed on which ten verses are spoken about...

The second part of the question is about the verse

ام حسبت ان اصحاب الكهف والرقيم كانوا من اياتنا عجبا

Surah Kahf (The cave) chapter 18 of the Holy Quran. Ayah's 13 and 14

18:13 It is We who relate to you, [O Muhammad], their story in truth. Indeed, they were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.

18:14
And We made firm their hearts when they stood up and said, "Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive transgression.

I think we should present the answer like this:

The ayah's that are to be read upon Masih Ad-Dajjal are the first ten ayah's of Surah Al-Kahf (The cave).

The story about the young men is mentioned here in The 18th Chapter of The Holy Quran (Surah Al-Kahf)
