Hello Jesse,
Emaan is like a battery, when it's low we recharge it

. Here are some tips we use if Emaan is slipping.
- Make sure you pray on time. All 5x Salah.
- Make dua to Allah to increase your emaan and keep you on the straight path.
- Talk to some Aalims & stay in company of the righteous.
- Do any good deeds, eg. Fasting for sake of Allah, giving charity etc.
- Ponder about Jannah, the everlasting paradise and the beauty it contains within it.
- Think about the universe, the creation of Allah, the earth and nature. Look at the clouds, mountains, trees etc. Think about the greatness of Allah.
- Randomly open the Qur'an, read a verse. Read a surah, listen to it and reflect on it. Read the tafsir.
[Quran Surah an Nisa 4:82] "Then do they not
reflect upon the Qur'an? If it had been from [any] other than Allah , they would have found within it much contradiction."
- Regret, reform and repent. Seek forgiveness of Allah for sins.
- Remember Allah by engaging in Dhikr. SubhanAllah, Alhamdulilah, Allahu akbar, La ilaha illAllah.
- Remember Death. Time goes fast, we are not going to be on this earth forever. Most of our time on this earth is in the grave!
- Gain some Islamic knowledge. Watch lectures, read books, study etc.
