Actually,i had a question on my mind....people say,well,i heard a lot of muslims say that specifically Adam (AS) was 90 meters tall,and mashallah,thats like a tower!... so if Adam is that tall,then we "evolved" ?? I asked that to my English teacher *since we were talking about how tall giraffes are and compare them with other animals* and he said yes,we did evolve...but the thing is WE don't believe in evolution,its scientifically impossible,(google it lol it literality says that) and I've read a few articles denying evolution with logical arguments.
Not 90 meters, but 90 feet. The measurement given in the scriptures is 60 cubits. A cubit is approx 1.5 feet. SO 60X1.5=90 feet.

According to scripture, the current genepool of humans is descended from his three sons - Ham, Shem and Yafith (along with their wives) - who settled three regions. Ham settled the Horn of Africa (Maghreb), Shem settled the Middle East and Yafith went into the North Lands... from here we find our modern races have developed due to "adaptation" which is not "evolution" per se. For example, if a white man goes to south Africa for a few months in the summer - he will tan. Adaptation is not Evolution.
With regards to why we are not tall? Some scientific studies postulate that pre-flood era, the ozone layer was much thicker than it is now (not due to global warming nonsense) and the sea levels were much lower than they are today - facilitating in ideal conditions for mankind to prosper. Fruits and trees, animals and even humans were larger in size due to these factors according to scientists and experts.
However, this begs the question, was Nuh Alaihis Salaam a giant? We have no hint within any scripture that he was a giant - let's not forget, Nuh pbuh was alive before the flood and survived it - so he must have been the same size before and after the flood. Meaning, the idea that the scientists push regarding the lower sea levels and thicker ozone, doesn't quite fit into this nuance.
With regard to giant humans, you may want to look into the conspiracy surrounding the Smithsonian Institute - they have a knack of taking giant human skeletons for "further analysis" which then disappear and never appear again - anywhere - with denials that they ever took these bones in the first place... agenda? ToE. Why? TO make you disbelieve, of course.
This is just the opening of the rabbit hole, how far in you wish to go is entirely up to you. Should you decide to go down that hole, you'll most certainly find it overwhelming at first, but with a little due dilligence, you will persevere in sha Allah.
